Distributing the latest revision

Distributing the latest revision updates the copies of the selected document at all collaborating sites from the copy at the current site. This can be useful if you want all collaborating sites to work with a copy of the latest revision but you cannot wait until they receive one from the next GCF scheduled transfer.

To distribute the latest revision:

1. In Meridian Enterprise PowerUser, select the document for which you want to get the latest revision.
2. Click the Collaboration Status tab. The Collaboration Status property page appears.
3. Click Distribute Now. The Distribute Now dialog box appears and a copy of the document will be sent to the other vaults.
4. Click OK to close the dialog.
5. Click OK to save your changes
